Marcy Drive In Burger Spot Planned at Palm Springs Mini Golf for Spring 2027
Why it matters here
Marcy gets few new places to eat; this one is planned for an existing family spot just off River Road.
A new restaurant called the Marcy Drive In is planned to open in spring 2027 at Palm Springs Mini Golf, just off River Road in Marcy, WIBX reports. Despite the name, it's a food stand, not a movie screen.
The owners plan a scratch-made menu: double smash burgers, crispy chicken sandwiches, French dips on house-made focaccia, hand-cut fries and ice cream. They also say they want to buy ingredients from local farms and suppliers, and to make room for families and groups.
